The Levy Projects Committee (LPC) is established by the Student Senate to monitor the progress and development of projects funded through the student levy.
Membership
Membership of the committee shall be as follows, namely:
- President
- Two members of senior staff management of the Union nominated by the President
- Four members of the Student Senate elected by the Student Senate
Chairperson
The President shall be the Chairperson of the Committee but may delegate responsibility to another member of the Committee.
Frequency
The Committee shall meet on at least four occasions per academic year, normally two meetings per semester, and then as often as required to carry out its function.
Quorum
Quorum should be no less than 50% of those entitled to attend and vote.
Governance
The Committee shall report back to the Student Senate after each meeting.
